im in a much better place in my head now.
my wife and children brought me back from a dark place.
luckily enough i hadnt gone to far and could remedy it all at home.

i will work hard on helping the family of SF - everyone here deserves a reward of medals, trophies and certificates for kindness and effort and warm heartedness.

i feel so guilty as everyone was helping and trying their best to deter me, but i continued.
it was so rude and offensive to those who helped who already have their own issues.
i just kind of exploded and was ignorant and was very out of character.
