  1. if you are longterm suicidal - do something radically different than what you have been doing. Different use of time, explore different ideologies, and maybe consider that you don't have all the answers. hey, if so, you can maybe learn your way out of it. Just an idea.

    Interesting prospect. However, that's kind of difficult when you are hopelessly depressed. It's all been done before.

    Yawn :rolleyes:

    Basically, you're saying if you are depressed/suicidal try to find something to keep you busy to take away those thoughts. Sound logic, but easier said than done.

    maybe it'll work for someone. it hasnt for me.
    but theres stil plenty of stuff left to do , so who knows..:dry:
