Ideas for difficult days?

    Do you have particular days that are hard?days when you are more likely to crack?
    When i was a teenager-it was always Sunday(no idea why!:unsure:)

    Currently Im in a situation where I know that from Tues to Friday-Ill feel worse and worse.

    Do you have any tips for distracting yourself?

    I feel like it spirals for me,so by thurs/fri Im in a crisis situation.

    How do you stop yourselves going there?:sad:

    Try and stay out in public, do something that maybe you get some sort of enjoyment or fufillment out of?

    For me, what usually works best is to socialize in person. Please note that I said in-person rather than on-line. An on-line chat is really Not social as far as actual interaction goes. And when I meet in person, it's better to do it outdoors where you can breathe the fresh air and Not feel confined. After all, it's often the feeling of confinement which causes or worsens the depression.

    Drink alone in my room until it's over. Repeat the next day.
