    I went to a counselor tonight . Did not think it would help . But omg feel so good . My thought have changed .

    I am so glad you found it helpful. Sometimes just feeling like you are trying to take a step is a relief in itself. Hopefully it will give you an outlet you can trust to talk to. You should be proud of taking a scary step and following through to try to see what else can happen good for you... :hug:
