Iiiiii hope I didn't just OD . . .

I have two piles of meds I take 12 hours apart: the Big Pile and the Little Pile. Since my sleep schedule is completely chaotic, however, it's sometimes hard to remember whether I'm taking the "morning" or "evening" dose.

I think right now the nighttime dose is the Big Pile. Unless that was 12 hours ago, and I've just accidentally OD'ed.

I used to keep all my pills in neat little AM and PM boxes, but I gave up on the extra hassle ages ago.

Here's hoping I don't start feeling bizarre.

can you ring the hospital or doctor and ask someone if you'll be ok?

time to go back to the AM and PM boxes I think..they were a great invention

Other than strange dreams and a headache this morning, I didn't feel peculiar. It's quite possible I got my doses right and just had an off night. And you're right--those little am and pm boxes can prevent so much anxiety and confusion. I hate it when I can't remember what I'm supposed to be taking!

I have those little am/pm boxes for all my pills. I fill them every Sunday.
