i have social phobia as well so going out is not an option.
Internet Dating. I tried that and it's pretty good. Sign yourself up on some dating platform and talk to girls/guys. If you don't talk to them they probably won't talk to you so send a message to as many members as possible, most of them will reply. You don't need to actually meet people but it should help you loosen up some of the tension when speaking to unknown people.
