I'm Afraid

Thursday night frightened me due to something bad happening which hasn't happened in several years. I can't deal with this anymore.

I am sorry you had a scare thursday, but whatever it is, you can overcome it. you said it hasn't happened in years. Maybe it will never happen again. You can't be sure. It is not worth harming yourself over a remote possiblity that something might happen. Please continue to look forward. Take it one day at a time. :hug:

I can't. I've been in enough pain. This just makes it much worse.

What happened? I'm sure you can move on or seek help.

This hurts too much. I can't even leave the room knowing she is out there.
