im having horrible thoughts, i feel like god is telling me to [**MODERATOR EDIT - REMOVED ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AND METHODS**]. i cant go to the hospital because i been hospitalzed 8 times this year and if i get hospitalzed again they will civil commit me to a state hospital for 6 months.

What I do when I get bad thoughts is to go to sleep, I feel a little better when I wake up. But some people have a hard time sleeping so that may not work. Try and distract yourself maybe? I'm not good at dealing with thoughts, I just avoid them by sleeping or distracting myself.
