I'm finally convinced that I am insane. The logic of the situation has convinced me. A sane person would have given up and commit suicide. Only an insane person would want to live in this world. Definition of insanity, holding on to hope when there is never any hope.

Actually definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. This world is now full of challenges and we need to learn how to fight them become our own self not insane to want to live as a good fight to the end and to win is worth it.Hang in there ive seen you around here and know you have it in you.Vent like you have as does help but fight those demons dont give in.

You're not insane, you're a STRONG SURVIVOR, a FIGHTER, and someone who won't give up. You are someone who won't let the sometimes stupid and always challenging things in life beat you and win. You're a WINNER. You're a UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL. You're an example to all others that where there is a will there is a way. Keep on fighting. Each time you win a battle, you're a hero.

    Steven - Hi - :)

You tell yourself there is never any hope - I'm afraid I totally have to disagree with you. I know I do not know your situation, but I do know that it could not be worse than the pit I found myself in 15 years ago. So, "sanely" I chose suicide as the logical response.

But, I was wrong, so wrong........ but I had no idea how or why or what to do about it. But here I am - older and very much wiser - because of HOPE. In my pit I could see none - I did not know how to get out of my pit. But, (too long to write in a couple of lines) I started to cling to the straws I was thrown, as someone drowning in a river might be thrown something to hang on to - they might appear (comparatively) to be only straws.... but they are there if you look for them and say O.K.
