I dont want to feel this way. I came home to an empty house. Im scared to be alone. That's when it hurts the most. My thoughts mess with my head. My friend tells me to pray, but I dont want to. I just want to feel normal again.

i am not religous but your friends that sound like you have that want you to pray might be the people you need around you right now cause being alone will with out a doubt make things worse.. if you are that down you need to be with people and not stew in your thoughts. if you need to talk i am here..

I agree that maybe finding things that you can do around the house, will help you not feel as much a prisoner there...I just started to learn how to make candy and it helps pass the time...and I get to eat sweets in the end...maybe there is something you can do...J

Distractions are great. There is a sticky thread on the self harming bit that you may find useful to read. It relate to self harm but there are bits you can take from it.

Start a blog or something. I find that to be a great distraction. xxx
