Last night during the height of the storms, I asked God to just end it.

There have been some days during the past several weeks when I have thought that same thought.

I am just so tired of the crap. I don't really want to die, but I just want a day without worry. A day without pain. A day without loneliness. A day with sex! A day with love. A day with happiness. A day of rest.

Have you ever tried meditation? That can certainly help with getting rid of worry. Shut the world out. Try to just be ok with being yourself and try to relax a bit :hug:

I can totally empathize Bill! I had some chest pains after exercising once. I crossed my fingers and went, "Please god, please god." I think Spencer had a good idea, meditation really works. For me...I like looking at pictures of other places and people. It's really exciting and fun to remember how wide the world is!

Yeah so many of us here think I dont want to die but I have to die. How sad that we are willing to give up our lifetimes to get some bloody much needed rest and escape. And wow some esscape that is. No one knows for sure what it is exactly that we will receive. But yet we are willing to take our chances rather than tyrying to keep living with our pain. Damn if only the pdocs and consellors and the rest of the so called helpful professionals would see and realize this then just maybe there wouldnt be so many that need to die rather than want to die. Sorry hun no help just a big hug and to welcome you into the club with the rest of us. We are holding on tight to one another to keep this huge ball we've become from rolling any further away..
