I'm in a committed relationship, and I really love her. I am worried, though, because of my increasing irritability since weening myself off of anti-depressants. I don't want to push her away. Any suggestions/exercises for decreasing irritability or at least not projecting insecurities onto your girlfriend/boyfriend?

I think that the best thing is to simply talk with your partner. Try to explain things and share emotions. Hope it works for you. :)

Claire my gf is extremely insecure because of past issues but when we discuss it she becomes reassured until the next time
