I've slept 8 hours this whole week. Didn't sleep tonight, it's now 8:09AM
Do you know why you can't/don't sleep?
Like is it an over active brain? Nightmares? Or a conscious decision?
If you can figure out what it is, you stand chance of learning some strategies to help you sleep.
You might want to try Kalms, they can help, and they are totally herbal.
Also, have you been to the docs about it? There might be a reason for your lack of sleep that you are not aware of.

well it's quite impressive, normally one would sleep 8 hours a day... Is it a result of something that happened to you?
I would try figure out why you can't sleep and deffianlty go and have a talk with your doctor about this.
