I am here if you need to talk.. is there anything that could help ease your pain right now? I hope you're "ok" and will reach out here again for support. You don't have to be alone. Thinking of you x

I'm in a scarily similar place to you right now, except my insulin is now in the bottom of a half full bin, which would mean i'd have to dig through it to get it out.
    O and im not diabetic.

Just dont do it. stick with me on this one. Im guessing you actually do need yours and so can't just throw it out like i did with mine, but can you give it to someone to look after until you need it? Or seperate it out so its not all in that bag at once. or just move the bag-out of sight and then maybe out of mind.

Lots of options, just dont go with the one where theres no return.
