is british people friendliness?

    I think that in a enviroment where people doesn`t bother to hear to eatch others tend to lead to depression and sadness as well as wheter.

    Yeah, modern times do create interpersonal detachment which can cause depression in many people.

    I don't understand the question about British people, though.

    british people have a reputation for being unfriendly and reserved

    but yeh, a feeling that no one really cares can lead to depression i think

    well, I once met a hoard of British football fans and they were not reserved at all... :biggrin:

    well,I don`t know,but as chileans,we have reputation of being the most serious people in south america,and we have the most high levels of depression in our continent. I think that people who live at tropical countries is happier than those who lives near from poles,for example, sweden.

    Yeap and in continental europe westerners are happier than easterners (West has ocean breeze and east had communism) It also seems that slavic tribes are more prone to melancholy than latin and german.
