Is it really a problem just not feeling hungry at all? ...I mean i can go for days without eating anything sometimes a week... I don't see it as a problem but it obviously seems wrong to most people. I've been like this for a few years and It doesn't seem to be doing any harm so is it really a problem?

Edit : I don't think I'm anorexic or anything like that ... just not hungry o_O

I've been there...it could be a part of depression. You need to eat, though. Try writing it down if you forget, since you're not hungry. It's definitely not healthy to go without eating. I hope you're feeling better (hungry? That sounds weird, though) soon.

If you're not hungry you don't eat, that's understandable. The issue is if you go for a week it's not healthy. I'd talk to your doctor and see if they can give you something, supplements, anything. I mean you can't force yourself to eat if you aren't hungry

    Good luck hun
