I suppose it could be possible however the fact that you are up and down like a yo yo suggests you haven't quite beaten it. Just wondering what exactly you mean by up, do u mean normal/happy or unnaturally high?

I have to say you can do it on your own, but with help and meds it probly will go a lot faster and i guess you dont wont to feel like this longer. So I would suggest looking for some help  Its way to hard to do everything on your own. Most of the time it will break you.

As with many things psychiatric, it varies enormously. People who are only mildly depressed to begin with obviously have more success in getting better than those who are more deeply depressed.

Meds, talking, exercise, prayer, and sex all help.

But they're not at all certain--I've tried all of those, and I'm still wasting my time here.
