is there a number to talk to somebody when ur down ???

    sometimes just having somebody to talk to helps, i havent spoke to my family for so many years and my friends they're all drinkers and i dont wanna tell them about my problems, sometimes just talking sports gets me out of a mood, is there anybody here who'd like to exchange numbers or have a support number when in bad times ??? thank you...

    If you don't want to talk to professionals, and rather talk on here. You can get skype (of course if you have a microphone for your computer) :) Or if you live in the states I can give you my number in case of an emergency.

    But alot of people on this forum have skype ^^

    wish i had a friend to talk to . so called professionals scare me i might aswell be hitting on a bot thats preprogramed

    Has anyone tried these numbers before? I mean, are they really places where you can just talk when you're down? Or are they just going to refer me to someone else?

    It connects you with someone to talk to in that group.

    ive called the crisis lines and talked to people myself. it does help :)
