Sorry that you feel that way. You don't *think* your life will improve. That seems to me like there's still hope. I'll bet that your life can and will improve. Try to tell yourself that from time, even if your negative thoughts seem to be crowding out the positive ones. I think that helps me quite a bit. A day, a week or a month can totally change your perspective, so don't act in the desperation of the moment, OK?
