Hello, I have not been on here for quite a long time because I have not had any issues with self-harm for quite a while. . .it's almost been 2 years now, and no urges. I dealt with self-harm for about 12 years. It was quite a struggle at times, and the urges were incredibly strong. I am so thankful to finally be on this side of things and to finally know that it was possible to get away from all of that. I hope that if you are still struggling with self-harm issues, it is ok. Everything happens in its own time, and some day you may very well be free of those seemingly never-ending urges.
