It's becoming worse

    It's becoming worse. A lot worse. I used to only do it when something really got to me. But now it's the smallest things. Today I did it twice, and I don't know why. I just did. I'm starting to worry, I don't want people to notice.

    Yeah, I know it's really hard right now, but we are here for you. Okay, first thing to do is fing something else to do, like a distraction. I did that and it helps me a lot. Mabye use the hair-band-tactic or the icecube. I heard about a method called "Butterfly", if you wanna cut or else, you draw a butterfly on your arm and name it after something you love. If you cut, the butterfly dies. If it wears off (and it is released into the wild to be free. And you made it.
