I made the decision and have taken the steps. I stopped taking my heart medication, which they told me would lead to a heart attack. I can't wait for it to happen. I can already feel the pain and palpitations. I post this not to be stopped but so that someone out there will know i did it on purpose. Everyone around me will think it was natural.

I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but please, please take your heart medication. I know you are in so much pain, so much unbearable pain, but the intense feelings WILL 100%-edly pass. Please do not let the temporary intense feelings rob you of the innumerable moments of beauty and happiness you are bound to experience in the future. Death leaves no room for change... life gives you the opportunity to obtain the peace and joy you 100%ed-ly deserve. Please update us here when you get a chance... talk to us about what's going on that's causing you to feel this way. We've been there - we understand. You will be in my thoughts.
