You need to call or get back in touch with the psyche people and let them know what is going on. It is the most common thing in the world to feel good for a short while after and then fall back into the depression. The point is you feel happy you are still alive on some level after an attempt but after that dissipates you find not much has changed. Until you are able to start making some of the needed changes it is a very repetitive cycle. Sometimes the changes are physical ones - to change problems and situations, sometime it is just a concerted effort to change our own attitude and way of looking at things. Please let the psyche people help implement a plan for this.
