It's not the path of least resistance

    For anyone who thinks suicide would be an easy way of coping with things is wrong.
    It's difficult to succeed.
    Even some physician assisted suicides fail. Some stupid side effect or whatever bruised the whole plan.
    Also when one actually does the deed, you lose control of your body. Urination, defacation, vomit, whatever.

    And if you do happen to fail, things could turn so sour. Everything is destroyed. You could suffer even more terribly than before and for a long time. You could lose your rights and credibility.

    The only reason the suicide rate is so high is because a LOT of people try. Hence someone's got to get it right. But then the pain doesn't end, it finds a new host to feed off of.
