When I try to use chat on my primary browser, it says I need to update Java, but I have. I tried two other browser and both freeze when I try to enter chat. I noticed that my computer does not allow me to pull up Java configuration tool. The Java taskbar icon has disappeared, too. I've tried uninstall/reinstall and deleting browser history. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I would get MS-fix-it-portable from Microsoft and uninstall every java version you have with this tool. Uninstall firefox or the browser you use.
    Reboot your computer!
Then reinstall the most recent firefox/your browser and then install the newest java version.
    Reboot your computer again!

Try main chat link on forum and alternate chat link.

    Hope that helps.
