Now to inspire you all with some sweet facts about being happy

• Doing a good deed can trigger a high in the brain.
• Listening to music can boost your mood.
• Being happy can lead to better heart health.
• Dress for the way you want to feel it, according to scientists it definitely helps.
• Deciding to be happy is a big part of overall happiness.
• And Faking it ’til you make it, definitely boosts happiness.

Hopefully, you all like some of those happy facts.
But actually being happy is not always so easy so let's set some goals.

• Today I want you all to think of a good deed that needs doing and then go out there and do it. Go on we'll be waiting
• Secondly, find a favorite song and play it for yourself, you deserve it after your good deed, go you
• Now it is time to reflect on that good deed and your awesome new mood. Feel the happiness wash over you
• And all this time you've been wearing an outfit that just makes you feel good right?
• Now it's time to make that decision, this is the new you, the happy you, and you're going to hold on to that right?
• And if you're still struggling that's okay, all you need to start with is just a little smile. I believe in you ((hug))

Now, how about some beautiful questions.
And as they say, sharing is caring, and being cared for is lovely isn't it. So Let's do someone sharing.

2. Um... my music taste is so varied. It depends on my mood. It generally has a chill vibe though, so if you have some time to go for a walk through nature, a drive on a long road or just lying down outside.. then The Jezabels - Psychotherapy is the ultimate relaxer.

No, I can't say I do.

I don't know. I wish I could have a perfect blend of each platforms operating systems.

Definitely chocolate. Never been the greatest fan of icecream.

The facts always works on me. (That's a lot of sssssss lol)
I did clean like an eight of our house earlier while jamming to some loud music through speakers haha (I hope that it didn't annoy anyone earlier) I also finished cleaning my bike after a month of being disassembled cos I'm just that lazy.
Still have a lot of chores to do tomorrow and will cheat by putting it in my good deeds lol at least my mom doesn't have to do it anymore.
Finish mopping the floor, wipe the stairs (It's very annoying to clean cos it has like 10 layers of handles) , squeaky clean table (I already did the chairs earlier), weed the garden, water the plants, give my dog a bath and myself hahaha (not that I don't shower everyday ) continue eating less, I don't starve myself because that is just impossible but I'm just trying to lose weight. Sleep for the rest of the day.

The only thing I haven't done yet is wear an outfit that makes me feel right. I'm about to take my shower after posting this, so I'll probably just wear this XL metal shirt I sleep in. It's like a dress on me.

5. Android or iPhone? Urgh, currently iPhone.

What a great cafe

I started a new job today, probably the first time I've even attempted to look smart and put some makeup on for a year. It felt good!

I watched Baby Driver recently and thought it was brilliant - the soundtrack was especially good.

My music taste is all over the place but I've been listening to a lot of Depeche Mode and Pendulum lately.

I love To Kill a Mockingbird, The Kite Runner and The Book of Lost Things.

I'd give anything for a hug. It's been such a scary day.
Right now I'm just relieved that my first day is done and I'm hoping I didn't embarrass myself too much by falling off of my chair
