@extraterrestrialone aliens have invaded!

And this is in my front yard, I'll let it slide this time. View attachment 41530
@Lane , personally, i think you should let it slide every time. besides, its good luck you know. and if you pick one you’ll pee in bed - or so they say. and i do not know who “they” are but we do have to consider that they arrived in a flying vehicle from up/out there beyond the ether. anyway, whenever one grows, a seed for smiles has been planted too. thus...

Hi @JMG , i’m just seeing this thread today. now, after dinner i have some time to respond so... thanks for opening this café and for tagging me even though the tag did not find its way...

lets get right into the Qs (and i’ll approach this appropriately for the day of the thread unless i have a better answer for right now.

How are you today?
i just so happen to be pretty good right now and have been for many days now. i’ve been kind of happy and optimistic lately.

Do you celebrate Christmas?
lately we have not been celebrating except for our traditional christmas breakfast but i expect in future days (years) we once again will.

If you do, how was yours this year?
the breakfast was absolutely heaven.

Are you glad Christmas is over?
certainly!

What's one of the last things you ate?
christmas day was friday and this café is saturday and its likely that had i seen this then, it would be in the early afternoon so i’d be mentioning my lunch but at the moment i haven’t the vaguest idea what i ate then. i did just eat a home made blue cheese cheese burger.

Do you have anything planned to do for the next week? (Feel free to talk about it if you want, or whatever else you want to talk about is fine too!) ;)
i’ve been on my “daily” walk in the park today. though there were no special pictures to take, nature was definitely going on all around. i thought about the skunk from several days ago, and the woolly bear caterpiller and the cardinal and there was happily happily a wonderful post by my friend @Lane about a certain yellow flower that was honestly quite thrilling. so i’ll be out again during the week and looking forward to the termination of 2020 and most of all, that one more birthday in the family! occurring nearly moments before.
