Went to my hockey game this evening. It was a good game, very close, but the Capitals ended up losing in overtime. Nobody really bothered me much. Got one or two snarky comments, but the one guy sitting near me was actually really nice. Had an enjoyable time. Just wish concessions weren't so expensive because it would've been fun to try some food there too.
I truly believe that it’s the amazing (and you are all amazing!) bunch of people on here that meant I became mentally well again and I was able to come off my anti depressants. I still have the occasional low day or week here or there.
Just having someone to talk to who won’t judge you or who is even feeling the same way as you was exactly what I needed.
