5 years ago today thousands of Londonners were doing their daily commute when everything changed for them.

At 08:50, three bombs exploded within fifty seconds of each other on three London Underground trains, and a fourth exploded an hour later at 09:47 on a double-decker bus in Tavistock Square.

52 people lost their lives, and over 700 were injured, on what should have been an ordinary journey.

    26 at Russell Square
13 on bus at Tavistock Place
    7 at Aldgate
    6 at Edgware Road

I don't really know what I am getting at with this post, except to keep the memory of these people alive.

It is so hard to believe it is so long ago it happened, but we should never forget those who lost there lives, and those who helped save other lives that tragic day. My thoughts are with their families today x
