So I lost 8 pounds recently, which is awesome. Saw someone new today, and she gave me information not only about healthy eating, but how to be healthy in all aspects of life. I have to stick to a whole food, plant based diet, which will be a big change for me. I even have to limit the amount of dairy and meat that I have, so it will almost be like a vegetarian diet in some ways. I've also been prescribed an injectable medication called Saxenda, which I have to take daily. It will curb my appetite so I'll only eat when I am actually hungry. What are your fitness goals for this month?
