Sorry guys, I am totally slacking again! It's just been a stressful month. How are your fitness goals coming along?
I need to see the nutritionist at the end of the month. It's been 3 months, so hopefully I have lost some weight since then.
I ate spinach today, and I usually don't, but it has lots of health benefits. So I'm going to add more nutritious foods to my diet.

I've been waking up at what used to be my morning meal but is now 2:30 a.m. I do get back to sleep eventually but it still feels strange, even though I've been here 2 weeks already.

Doing some dort of exercise helps with sleep and appetite. Craving carbs all the time & that's not a good sugn.

My sister asked if I'm keeping up on my diet, but not really because of stress and everything going on. I have to try even harder next month.

So I had my follow up appointment with the nutritionist, and I didn't think I had lost any weight, but I actually lost 8 pounds. I'm really proud of myself for that. Now I'm seeing someone tomorrow about some type of appetite suppressant drug. It's like Ozempic but something comparable to that. I hope that will help too.
