When you're feeling bad, start cleaning your house/apartment. It really helps as a distraction.
That's a good suggestion!
Being productive certainly helps one's self-worth and sense of accomplishment, which is always an upper. On top of that, there is a lot to suggest that a clean, organized enviornment does a lot for one's peace of mind and mood.
My room could really do with tidying... Not a bad idea.
Good tip. I also find that reading and exercising helps!
