  1. Fading
    Between hopeless,
    desolate places lying
    We’ve been here so long
    trying to be strong
    but falling all along,
failing, through all that was once ripe in the soul
    laid to waste
    We see the truth
    that we must travel,
    the full meaning to unravel,
    opening the closed door again
even if it leaves us with less than more

    We’ve lived a tale, searched a lifetime,
more than you will ever dare
    for the sacred lifeline
    Inspite of your wisdom,
    it’s just how we’ve fared,
    and just because,
    you’ve no right to judge…

Another work of poetic genius!:eek:hmy: I only wish I could give you some measure of inner peace and contentment, even if it resulted in fewer poems.

    love and hugs,
