she commented on how i'm getting better, and then said its time for me to get a job. that i need to get structure under me so i'll be able to stand on my own 2 feet. which is all well and good, but i am no where near ready to get a job and stand on my own 2 feet. i'm barely able to go to the gym most days. she says i'm not interacting with people around the house, well if i'm not interacting how am i supposed to work

Getting better and being better are two entirely different things. Perhaps you could try explaining that to your mum. Like if we do the analogy of having a broken leg she'd not be rushing you back to work before you could walk on it and same thing applies here.

thanks ignored. i wish i could say stuff like that to my mum. this has just made me feel so hopeless whats the point in getting better jusst to be pushed in a direction you dont want to go in
