yup it is a benzo, same as xanax it just doen't act quite as quickly.

Don't abuse it, withdrawals are bad.

    yes they are

    I was on ativan (benzo)
coming off of that was tough as shit. Glad I was in the hospital for it.
  5. I am on that now, one mg as needed. I think it work's but it can make you a little drozy at times though but compared to other stuff I was given I like this the best.

that's weird they would give you klonopin as needed
the as needed drugs tend to be given out are xanax or ativan

klonopin is more potent i think but longer lasting. or something like that. the affects don't hit as soon as other benzos
  7. When I was first perscibed it my old doctor said don't go over two mg per day, my new doctor said take as much as you want, when you feel like you need it. I haven't taken anything more then 4 mg, and that really messed up my cordination and balance for a good two days, so right now I limit myself to three per day at most.

They are both benzodiazepines but klonopin is a weaker sedative than xanax and has a lot more side effects.

I was on three per day back in May 2005. It made me absolutely loopy so I eventually stopped taking it when my doctor put me on Paxil, and then I went through Buspar and Zoloft before getting put on Risperdal. Sometimes I wish I had stuck with the Klopopin because it made thinking much easier for me.

    I like the loopy feeling.
Add on 400 mg of seroqeul with klonopin and you get really loopy :D
