I am feeling less suicidal but my destructive behavior is on the rise. I think that I am coming out of my mixed state into a pure manic episode. Not sleeping, can't sit still, can't shut up, high sex drive, risk taking behavior ~ the whole bit. I go see my pdoc next thursday.
Are there activities you can do that would help until you can see your pdoc? When I am in an anxious, agitated state, intense physical activities help regulate my mood. When I was younger and my knees weren't too bad, running was my fav outlet. Just a thought. hope you'll feel better soon.
