Hey guys and welcome to my weight loss journey! I am unfortunately a victim of anti psychotic weight gain. I have gained 6 stone in a year.

Now I'm eating clean, drinking clean and have joined the gym. I have taken a weight and will weigh weekly on a Friday.

My starting weight is: 135.3kg / 21.333 stone.

I am aiming to lose about 7 stone.

If anyone wishes to join in and offer tips and share their journeys then please join in!!

One suggestion is having your largest meal early or earlier in the day and then have more of a snack that is healthier later in the day. That way you are fueling up and then burning off most of what you eat as the day goes along. I will wake up and drink a good sized glass of milk typically taking prescriptions or sometimes Coke for the caffeine and then my main meal even though I call it supper is more of a brunch midmorning. This morning was a fair serving of bacon and several pancakes then then about ice cream about 4:00 PM as both snack and dessert treat at the same time. I love cheese and a quick snack of cheese especially fruit can be quite satisfying. Another is never deprive yourself, indulge yourself at times or else you may obsess over something so go all out once you eat.

Glad to hear that. I am happy that more and more people have started monitoring their health. Anyway, besides going to the gym, you must also keep a healthy diet. Otherwise, you won't be able to lose any weight. Moreover, if you want to keep track of your results, I recommend weighing yourself daily. For instance, I have a bathroom scale, and every morning after I shower, I weigh myself to know if there is any progress. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck. Keep hitting the gym constantly. Discipline is the key.
