    I compiled the following list for another member on the site, so I figured maybe some other people could get use out of these. Here are some good articles on proper technique for the squat, bench, and deadlift. Post any questions you have and I would be glad to answer.




    Not too many form articles for this but here is a good youtube video showing proper setup. Keys things to remember is take a big breath into your belly and hold it. Setup at the bar as shown in the video. Keep your weight on your heals and focus on driving your heels into the floor the whole lift. Don't think about pull the bar with your arms(keep your arms straight the entire time so u dont pull a bicep) and just drive through the floor with your heels.
