    Birds are chirping
    Summers breeze
    These are small things
    Show me hope

    All my kitties
    Small and cute
    Warm and soft
    They snuggle me

    Husband loves me
    This I know
    Saved my life
    When I was thru

    Good cooked meals
    My hubby makes
    I'm so grateful
    For his help

    Beautiful paintings
    On the walls
    From his sisters
    Loving heart

    Chat room friends
    Forum posts
    Help to lessen
    Daily grind

Small things make my life worthwhile
But need reminders on hard days
    That good things happen
    Not all bad

So while I wait to see what happens
I'll look for blessings in my life
The summer breeze the birds that chirp
It's not all bad, it will suffice.
