Loneliness, bleak as the forever night sky
For there is no sun to shine through the darkness
No golden rays or silver moon beams
The gossamer strands of thought in my mind at ever decay
The feel is of warm water slowly rising
At first soothing, then all encompassing
    Then overwhelming and finally suffocating
Let it be that my death be not as this
Let it be that I know a better end
Loneliness is beyond misery, so it does not desire company
It blocks out all, the rational, the insane, the loud, the quiet
None can break it's hallowed walls and ever guarded prison cells
None can shine light in it's deepest or shallowest of tunnels
For it takes away the light, consumes it like it's victims
It moves through the unending darkness, singing the last lullaby
To those who it has caught

IT is the worst kind of death
    this loneliness
    hugs to you

Loneliness is not of kind, it is of one
Loneliness so great, groups, crowds, hordes
All matter not for what you feel is greater than they
No true touch of love, no true feeling of it

You describe it really well. Especially the part about how it's like warm water slowly rising.

    If love should know you
    Embrace it
    Hold fast to it
It will be as to be chained to a comet
Lights passing by in the ether
    Wind rushing against your ears
    Fire burning through you
This rush, this dangerous rush of love
Is not nearly as dead as its release
Whether severed by the bonds of time
    Or the choice of another
Love is a double edged sword and it can never truly be what it was when it is struck for the first time

    Forever alone
    forever not knowing your embrace
forever not knowing the taste of your lips
these things and more haunt my mind
these things and more cause my soul to shudder
    let all light die
let the sun collapse and all life be extinguished from this world
let all that is and ever will be end
let all this and more end so that my pain will stop
