Seemingly endless dark tunnel.....

Was here for awhile - striving to get out of my .....

Made some headway - some growth - some healing then ....

Betrayal - I am back and don't know why I should care or even try anymore.....

So I am old - but new - and don't know how long ....

So glad you decided to come back...it is so painful to make progress and to feel that one has gone backwards, but life is not a straight line, it is messy...please explore the strategies you used to feel better and get the advise you need...welcome again
