    There's a path
    That leads to a fork
    One is to improve
    The other... who's to know
    There's a choice
    That I have to make

    Either Spiral down
    Or pull myself aground

    There's a dark
    Deep inside of me
    Rain falling down
    Washes out the heart
    Drowning out the light
    Makes it hard to see

    Which is the path
    I need to take

    I'm a dreamer and
    I don't want to wake
    From this little slumber
    today
    Got my reasons for
    what I want to say
    Growing weaker
    day by day

    Hard to fight on
    Like a soldier, I am
    Braving this earth
    Being the best I can

Reminded me of a poem I found in a book called "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens"

    1:
    I walk down the street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
    I fall in.
    I am lost…
    I am helpless.
    It is not my fault.
It takes forever to find my way out.
    2:
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
    I pretend I don’t see it.
    I fall in.
I can’t believe I am in the same place.
    But it isn’t my fault.
It still takes a long time to get out.
    3:
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
    I see it there.
    I still fall in…It’s a habit.
    My eyes are open.
    I know where I am.
    It is my fault.
    I get out immediately.
    4:
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
    I walk around it.
    5:
    I walk down another street.
