• Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.

MAJOR discovery

I've been in quite the state recently, as my posts have I'm sure shown.

I was all ready to go but thanks to my mental status, with brain fog
and hyper-activity and despair a plenty, it was getting pretty bad.

Then I remember that dairy was implicated as a major cause of all
kinds of mental problems.

And that's one thing I usually eat on a regular basis. In fact it's the
mainstay of my diet, Organic Ice Cream being a perennial favorite.

2 major things come up again and again. Inflammation and gut problems. And both of these WILL affect
your brain and emotions in a seriously bad way, no doubt about it.

Now that I've decided to stop consuming dairy, I feel MUCH better, and that was RIGHT away!

I would highly recommend you do the same and see if you start feeling better.


P.S. I remember reading a LOT more damning info on dairy deleterious effect on mental health,
but a recent search isn't yielding nearly as much. I wouldn't be surprised if the MASSIVE industry
that is dairy was suppressing any negative info on the web.

This could explain problems from dairy as well.

It can cause inflammation, may be too rich in iodine, (added to feed)
and can have environmental toxins in it.
