Make a goal for something positive you want to achieve by the end of the month It can be anything from seeing a therapist to making someone smile:biggrin:

Mine is to tell my therapist *that* thing I haven't been able to tell her. :arms:

mine will be to (deep breath) go to that church i wanted to try (no church yet since i moved out of the u.s.) even though i am shy and afraid i''ll get lost. i'm gonna go! xxx :smile:

2: Start sleeping properly
