Looking at all the weight loss triumphs here. Good for you!

I'm back at CrossFit, everything modified, but I'm so happy to be back. And I'm walking and running at a good pace for what I set out for this month. I skipped today because it's really chilly and rainy. But this part of my life looks OK. I just wish I felt better about other things. But I'm happy to be back in the saddle!

Just ate a few helpings of green salad...I guess that's not so bad. And I'll see a nutritionist in 1o days so she will give me more helpfultips.

I try to eat a green salad every day.
My appetite for healthy food goes away when I’m sad.

Same here, I usually eat bad foods when I feel that way. My mom made the salad so I ended up eating some of it. But i need to get healthy and lose some weight or I feel like I never will.
