    Figure id start a little journal here for myself outlining some of the things I want to do, and whether im achieving them or not. Ya I know...ill probably give this journal up in a week, but who oh well, who cares, why not have a stab at it, might motivate some other people as well...and thats nice.

    List of shit to do

    1) Get a job, OR work the net for a steady flow of income
    2) Join The Squash club, or at the very least get some regular playing partners.
    3) Finish Shooru V2
    4) Buy and start practicing guitar hehe...always wanted too play guitar...tried when i was younger for 2 minutes..but I really want to play well.
    5) Start to build my online web consultancy/services biz
    6) Consolidate outstanding C/C debt under one banner, at a much lower rate.
    7) Setup a proper budget to start saving for Europe
    8) Diet - Salads, Veg, Fish, Water, OJ...the odd nice coffee.
    9) Stop Drinking
    10) Renew all my domains, and have them all (50 something of them) under Godaddy
    11) Sell some of the crappier domains.
    12) Keep walking everyday
    13) Eventually...and I do mean down the road...a little bit of weight training...nothing drastic
    14) Find a lover (lol ya dont laugh)

    Lets see how far I get over the next couple of weeks...or whether, as I predict..I fail miserably..time will tell.

    - I havent had a drink since the 24th Of March
    - The last 2 days Ive walked for 28 kilometres combined.

    Oh and on the lover front :zipped: ;)
     
  3. I think the 14th on the list is very important, Matt. It should be moved up on the list a bit though, hehe.

    No its not that important, a lover doesnt solve everything. What I think that is important are doing more things, the walking, going to town, maybe a job. Just doing things again instead of sitting the whole time behind the screen, will make your sleep better, will make you feel better. And when you feel better, I'm sure you will find love :smile:

    Update

    - Still havent had a drink...do I get a cookie yet? some blue M&M's at least :tongue:
    - Small walk today...didnt have the pedometer..but I also had a good bash on the stepper. 12.77 kilometres, only 812 calories though mmm :dry:
    - Applied for debt consolidation of C/C..(only 1 of which i have anything to do with) at 2.9% for 12 months...then will swap to another introductory offer when that runs out, probably wont get approved though :unsure:
    - Installed news feeds on Shooru V2, and figured out how to add the review section, so woot! probably do that tommorow.
    - Talked with someone on the phone for an 1 1/2 hours :eek:hmy: ...and, and not telling :zipped: :tongue:

    I love making lists. Its so satisfying when you actually complete an item from it!

    Update

    Not a very good day today.

    - still havent had a drink though
    - 16 kilometres and 1017 calories today, the highest so far...even with a certain person called B..b showing me pictures of hairy woman :blink: (P.S I think she likes hairy girls...has a certain thing for em...know what I mean :wink: )
    - no update on the c/c consolidation :unsure:
    - I did start doing the review section on v2 :smile: mmm Ive hit a config snag though which bites. :mad:
    - Started applying for jobs online...more on that tommorow hopefully.

    Mmm I had too much to eat tbh...and I had a couple glasses of soft drink :sad:

    But I have completely cut the margarine from my diet...its full of calories and fats and has no nutritional value at all.

    Today I will be far more measured.

    Crap day today, barely worth an update.

    - Looks like the consolidation thing might go through...yippee...although its bound to fuck up somehow.
    - Only burnt 9.4kms and about 600 calories so far today...cant be bothered.
    - Did some more on the reviews...but nothing to write home about.
    - Went to the library to get a book...wasted an hour doing so, and got nowhere

    blah blah blah, who cares right?

    Matt, some days are alaways gonna be the toilet days where fuck all gets done and motivation is zero. Just except that you didnt get done asmuch as you hoped and do better the next day. If you try to be completely motivated every day you'll just crash and burn (just like being on a diet and suddenly devouring a dozen donuts..been there worn the t-shirt:sad: ).
    By all means drive yourself but be kind to yourelf as well.:hug: :flowers:

    Update

    Having another shocker...although today 4 hours were kind of wasted, had to hold mummys hand having an MRI done, and XRays (back and hip). Arent I a nice son? ermm ya right :dry:

    - anyways still no drinkies :smile:
    - only done my short walk so far...3.4kms, 230 calories, but Ill hop on the stepper in a minute. Apart from working the cardio a bit, I really dont think this shit is loosing me any more weight...its not intense enough. I have to up the intensity, and just use the walking and stepping to loosen up. :unsure:
    - on the positive front ive decided what my diet will look like soon, been studying up on it. Spoiled myself and had a grilled vege stack with pesto, turkish bread and stuff at a restaurant/cafe...Damn Nice!!! :drool:
    - did the smallish amount on V2 today...sometimes when I work on stuff like this, the smallest bugs tends to put me off, until I can get them sorted. :sad:
    - oh the job front? well its kind of on hold until next tuesday when I will get some news...If that news is positive..seems little point in searching for a job right now, until I visit someone and see what happens :tongue:

    You're going to fast :eek:hmy: do you really expect to lose every day a few pounds? You should be really glad you lose a few pounds a week. You're doing a great job. But I guess you can better go squashing an hour instead of walking a few hours. Anyway i think you're doing great. At least if you're still eating enough :nono: Dont be tough for yourself, if you do, it will make it harder and you might quit.

    Its all pointless anyway. Fate has other plans.

    Update

    Last couple of days havent been so great, got pretty drunk 2 days ago, and went to my psychologist half hammered....she wasnt impressed, although when I told her that it was my first drink for 2 weeks...she was a little bit happier.

    - exercise wise ive really fallen down the last week...havent done much at all
    - some good news on the financial consolidation thingy...looks like that was approved, and we should get a final indication in a couple days.
    - everything else is basically the same...
    - made up Friends In Crisis
    - relationships...?
