    Ive started cutting again :(
    And it made my suicidal thoughts go away becouse i felt alive again and a way too cope with it all...
    But i can see its getting bad again.
    Evry night i want too cut now and my arms are filling up
    I just dunno anymore i dont wanna cut anymore but i dont wanna have the bad suicidal thoughts coming back aswel.

    I know it's useless to ask you to stop, but try to find a more constructive habit or outlet. Like cleaning when you get upset or writing, working out, walking, etc.

    It will probly take time for you to make the change but I think working on it little by little will help you stop. I think exercise will be your best option as I find muscle aches to be a good substitute for cutting pain.
