Crying is very important, you mustn't bottle it up. I was told a very good way to manage it - Give yourself a certain amount of time, as often as you like so that when you are done, you dry your eyes, wash your face, and do something else - preferably something that makes you belly-laugh! Grieving is a process where time plays just as major a part as mourning. You need to mourn properly so that eventually you will learn to accept. I'm sure that is what your mum would want too. It's really great you are able to cry and talk to us here. Remember she's watching, and wants you to live on.

Bless you, I wish you all the best. Stay strong and remember we're all here for you.
