    I'm living proof of it. Since following such a diet, I've lost weight while gaining muscle (and all around stamina and strength too). The same can be said for my girlfriend and other loved ones that have done the same.

    Interesting stuff, thanks for sharing.

    You mean you've lost volume surely?

    You literally weigh less? You cant have gained much muscle then.
