I listen to music everyday and I have to say it is very good in helping me to cope with my depression. Sometimes when I am really sad or feeling real bad coz of something, I turn on the music that suits my emotions and it is really comforting.

For example, if I am feeling down and thinking of how hopeless my life is and stuff, I might listen to Henry Mancini's Love Story theme. In fact, music is more like something that gives me hope but sometimes it brings me despair too coz it reminds me how good things could have been.

Well, I have to say it really helps. I am sure its helping you a lot too?

angry anthem by forces of evil (suprisingly upbeat)
lets get fucked up and die by motion city soundtrack (suprisingly accurate)
